OFFICE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE PLANNING <br />ASSURANCE OF COMPLIANCE - ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT <br />In order to conform with the procedures required by the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), an environmental assessment must be <br />performed on the proposed project. It is the responsibility of the <br />applicant to insure that this is completed. <br />This form is an assurance that the applicant will comply with the following: <br />1. Public Resources Code, Division 13, Section 21000 et. seq.; and <br />2.
