This project will be broken into three phases, based upon level of rehabilitation/ maintenance work and associated costs. The first phase of the project is the major rehabilitation streets. These are streets that require more than simple remedial maintenance treatment and/or overlay work, due to the distressed nature of the existing pavements, (alligatoring, spelling, aged pavement). The streets proposed would receive a Heater Remix process coupled with a 2" overlay. This rehabilitation could give the streets an. anticipated 7+ years service, which would need to be followed with a slurry seal maintenance at the end of the period to provide an anticipated 15 year service prior to additional major rehabilitation. The proposed streets are: 1. Pennsylvania Avenue, Mill Street North to City limits. 2. Fur Street, Pennsylvania Avenue East to street's end. 3. Pennsylvania Avenue, Valley Boulevard North to "C" Street. 4. 10th Street, "C" Street North to Olive Street. 5. "N" Street, La Cadena Drive to 12th Street. 6.
