R-23-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON APPROVING THE WASHINGTON ST. (BARTON RD.) <br />HUNTS LN. AND RECHE CANYON RD. RECONSTRUCTION <br />REALIGNMENT PROJECT, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT <br />AND FUNDING AGREEMENT CONTRACT NO. 92-012 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has entered into <br />Agreement No. 92-012 by and between the City of Colton and the <br />State of California for Federal Aid Project; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton and the State of <br />California desire to continue to make use of such federal funds <br />as made available within the jurisdictional boundaries of the <br />City of Colton; <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Colton, California that the Funding Agreement is approved <br />for implemetation. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of <br />February, 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
