La Cadena Drive <br />Colton, CA 92324-2897 <br />Subject: Agreement for Engineering Services <br />Wastewater System Master Plan <br />Wastewater Rate and Revenue Plan <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant Operation Feasibility Study <br />Deur Mr. Lavin: <br />As requested, Kennedy/Jenks Consultants is pleased to submit this agreement for <br />engineering services to prepare a Wastewater System Master Pian, Wastewater Rate and <br />Revenue Plan, and Wastewater Treatment Plan (WWTP).Operation Feasibility Study. The <br />scope of services, schedule, and budget in this agreement are based on our Proposal for <br />Consulting Services dated December 1993 with the following exceptions: <br />1. The schedule for the WWTP Operation Feasibility Study has been modified as <br />discussed in our 23 February 1994 meeting to provide a preliminary draft report <br />to. City staff by 31 March 1994 and a draft report to the Public Utilities <br />Commission one (1) week after staff comments are received. The final report <br />will be submitted one (1) week after Public Utilities Commission comments have <br />been received. <br />2. The optional tasks proposed for the Wastewater Rate and Revenue Plan have <br />been incorporated into the scope of services for this plan. <br />SCOPE OF SERV/CES <br />Based on our understanding of the services requested by the City, the following scope of <br />services will be performed: <br />
