La Cadena Drive <br />Colton, CA 91801 <br />Dear Officer Mireles: <br />As per our conversation, I have enclosed some additional <br />information for your review and consideration. I can offer you a <br />service rate of $8.99 per hour, per guard. This rate includes a <br />supervisor and administrative costs. <br />All City Management services, Inc. is a full service contractor. <br />We assume full reponsibility for all contract functions including <br />equipment, recruitment, training, payroll, supervision as well as <br />follow-up with all schools to ensure proper scheduling and <br />customer satisfaction. All City Management Services maintains a <br />liability insurance policy of $5,000,000. <br />We maintain alternate guards, a 24 hours message line, an 800 <br />line, and a beeper system to ensure maximum response time and <br />immediate back-up for any crossing guard absent from duty for any <br />reason. <br />Eventhough, it may be difficult to identify and calculate by line <br />item the support and back-up your police department provides the <br />crossing guard program; it often requires taking expensive <br />personnel away from essential services to assist in crossing <br />children. <br />Please, feel free to contact me if you have any questions or <br />would like more information.
