CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT (CONTINUED) <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF March 15, 1993 <br />SUBJECT: UPDATE ON THE ELECTION OF RANCHO/MILL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA <br />COMMITTEE, AND RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR THE <br />RANCHO/MILL REDEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />such representatives deemed it desirable to cause the formation of a less formal Citizens' Advisory <br />Committee in lieu of a PAC, which Citizens' Advisory Committee is to provide input on the <br />Redevelopment Plan adoption process and to consult with the Agency regarding the adoption of the <br />proposed Redevelopment Plan. <br />It was agreed that the Citizens' Advisory Committee would meet regularly while the Redevelopment <br />Plan is being prepared, and would review documents at the same level of detail as the PAC would <br />have. Staff and GRC Redevelopment Consultants, Inc., will provide technical support to the Citizen's <br />Advisory Committee.
