Mark Walters delivered to all business' East of the Fogg Street <br />bridge area and the Wilson School area; to include the residences along 7th and 8th <br />Streets by Wilson School, a notice of restricted commercial vehicle traffic. <br />The notice showed a route that would be acceptable to commercial vehicles. This <br />route would keep commercial vehicles over 3000 lbs. away form Wilson School <br />and most residential areas. <br />
