DEFINITIONS: The following terms, when used herein with <br />initial <br />capitalization, whether in the singular or the <br />plural, <br />shall have the following meanings: <br />5.1 <br />1990 IOA: The 1990 Integrated Operation Agreement <br />between Edison and Colton, which was denominated as <br />Edison's FERC Rate Schedule No. 249. <br />5.2 <br />Added Facilities: The transmission and substation <br />facilities specified in Exhibit A as well as <br />replacements or betterments associated with the <br />Added Facilities. <br />5.3 <br />Added Facilities Cost: All costs determined by <br />Edison, except the One -Time Collectible Cost, <br />associated with the design, engineering, <br />procurement, construction, replacement, operation <br />and maintenance of Added Facilities, an estimate of <br />which is provided in Exhibit A. <br />5.4 <br />A r m n: This Colton -Edison Added Facilities <br />a ee e t d ac lilies <br />Agreement. <br />5.5 <br />Colton Substation: Edison's 66/12kV substation <br />located within Colton's city limit. <br />SCE 26-395 R E V 11/90 <br />-3- <br />L0 Printed on recycled paper <br />
