You stated <br />that we are not to proceed with pressure grouting until your <br />client's insurance company, State Farm, has completed all soils <br />testing and inspections. You stated that should we pressure grout <br />at this time it could affect future soils tests. <br />I advised you that if we pulled off the job additional move on <br />equipment costs would be incurred at a later date that are <br />unnecessary. Even after State Farm completes all its testing, it <br />will only Cover costs if they determine that the existing <br />conditions are caused by an earthquake afid only to the extent it is <br />over Mr. Anderson I s deductible - <br />Additionally, we find this approach to be inconsistent with much of <br />Mr. Anderson's previous correspondence and conversations whereby <br />he expressed concern that we were not moving fast enough for him <br />and all we cared about was our lot and not his. <br />Per your request we will not proceed with any work on Mr. <br />Anderson's PrOPerty. <br />Since ely, <br />Susan K.
