a) Commercial Promotion: Exchange of commercial missions and <br />delegations and to participate in expositions, fairs, business forums, etc., <br />with the goal of increasing the fluency of products and services between <br />countries; <br />b) Political Cooperation: Exchange of Officials and Dignitaries of both <br />cities to interchange experiences in forms of government and official <br />programs or procedures in a reciprocal manner. This program could <br />include training and cooperation on any specific areas. <br />c) Investment Promotion: Exchange of business missions regarding <br />information about the possibilities of investments and business <br />Opportunities. Identification and exchange of recent legislation in this <br />areas or topics; <br />d) Educational Cooperation.- To establish student exchange programs <br />between schools and other academic institutions as well as identifying <br />future possibilities for teacher exchange programs, training and or <br />collaboration on joint programs and joint resources. <br />e) Cultural Promotion.- To enrich both communities with a cultural <br />exchange program and to participate on events that promote diversity of <br />cultures and the strengthen of cultural roots of the habitants of both <br />cities. <br />f) Tourism Promotion.- To collaborate on the promotion of tourism <br />through information exchange programs and the promotion of special <br />offers for the habitants of both cities. <br />The operation of this agreement will not be conditioned so the parties <br />can establish specific projects or programs in all the areas and types <br />Of cooperation referred to in this article. <br />ARTICLE III <br />Both parties agree to perform all the types of cooperation referred to in <br />article II of the present agreement, with absolute and complete respect of <br />the jurisdictions, national legislation and committees of their national <br />governments. <br />ARTICLE IV <br />The parties will formulate together an annual Operations Plan (AOP) <br />designating a representative for each party, which will work as a liaison for <br />the adequate supervision of the activities of cooperation. <br />
