No. 3884 <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported that no protests <br />or objections had been received. <br />Mr. Young stated this item concerns the vacation of the right-of-way for Cooley Lane <br />west of Mt. Vernon Avenue, subject to the condition that a utility easement 4 feet <br />by 40 feet is reserved. Mr. Young said after hearing protests or objections, if any, <br />and if Council concurs, he would recommend approval of Resolution No. 3884. <br />Mayor Gonzales asked if anyone desired to speak on this matter. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Temby, to terminate the <br />Public Hearing. Railroad, as <br />presented by petition representing 81 percent of the property owners in that area, <br />and pursuant to Section 5870 et seq., of the Streets and Highway Code, Chapter 27, <br />District No. 18. Mr. Young recommended approval of Resolution No. 3885. <br />Mayor Gonzales asked if anyone desired to speak on this matter. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to terminate the <br />Public Hearing.
