Vote was unanimous. <br />Q Annexations <br />South 30 <br />City Manager Calabrese advised that the Local Agency Formation Commission <br />approved Colton Annexation South 30 to the City of Colton on February 8, <br />1978, consisting of 19.69 acres of land located on the west side of Rose- <br />dale Avenue, bounded on the east, west and south by the City Limits, and it <br />would now be in order for the City Council to approve Resolution No. 3773 <br />for the subject annexation. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Gonzales, to approve <br />Resolution No. 3773. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3773 - RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNIN- <br />HABITED TERRITORY, DESIGNATED "COLTON ANNEXATION SOUTH <br />30" TO THE CITY OF COLTON AND WITHDRAWING SAID ANNEXED <br />AREA FROM COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 38 AND IMPROVEMENT <br />ZONE G OF COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 38, AND COUNTY SERVICE <br />AREA NO. 70 AND IMPROVEMENT ZONE A OF COUNTY SERVICE AREA <br />NO. 70. <br />COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Street Vacations <br />Orange Show Road <br />Mr. Young reported that the proposed street vacation of Orange Show Road was <br />presented to the City Council at a previous meeting, and referred to his pre- <br />vious Agenda Report dated January 11, 1978. Mr. Young stated the proposed <br />vacation of the right-of-way for Orange Show Road is again being presented <br />to the City Council for consideration and approval, along with Resolution No. <br />3762, which sets the date of Tuesday, March 21, 1978, for public hearing on <br />this matter. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve <br />Resolution No. 3762. <br />Councilman Rehrer said before voting on this resolution, he wanted to state <br />his concern on this particular piece of property and the proposed vacation. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Executive Session at 7:48 p. m., on the re- <br />quest of Mayor Beltran to discuss matters of Litigation, and reconvened <br />at 7:58 p. m., all Members present. <br />23 <br />FEB .21 19X_ <br />
