DAL <br />Moved by Councilman Gonzales, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to terminate <br />the Public Hearing. Vote was unanimous. <br />Moved by Councilman Gonzales, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve <br />Resolution No. 3779. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />3779 - RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING REPORT OF COLTON <br />BUILDING OFFICIAL FILED PURSUANT TO SECTION 1601 OF <br />THE UNIFORM HOUSING CODE, ORDINANCE NO. 14499 OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, AND THE ASSESSMENTS OF CHARGES AGAINST <br />REAL PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH. <br />Moved by Councilman Gonzales, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve <br />Resolution No. 3780. Vote was unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3780 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DETERMINING AND AUTHORIZING THE -PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENT <br />BY INSTALLMENTS. <br />Assessments <br />Cooley Ranch Sewer Assessment District <br />Mayor Beltran declared the Public Hearing open. <br />Deputy City Clerk Veralrud submitted the Affidavit of Publication and re- <br />ported that no protests or objections had been received. <br />City Manager Calabrese advised that due to land divisions within the.Cooley <br />Ranch Sewer Assessment District, the assessment rolls and diagram need to be <br />amended, concerning Assessment Nos. 30A4 and 31B4, and if there are no protests <br />or objections this evening to the proposed amended assessments, Staff would <br />recommend approval of Resolution No. 3781. <br />Mayor Beltran asked if anyone desired to speak in favor of or in opposition <br />to this matter. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to terminate the <br />Public Hearing. Unanimous vote. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve <br />Resolution No. 3781. Vote was unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3781 - A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AMENDED ASSESSMENT COOLEY <br />RANCH SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT ASSESSMENT NOS. <br />30A4 AND 3184. <br />General Plan Amendment <br />P. C. Res. No. 865 <br />Mayor Beltran declared the Public Hearing open. <br />Deputy City Clerk Veralrud submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported <br />that no protests or objections had been received. <br />Planning Director Gonzales reviewed Staff reports and maps concerning the General <br />Plan Amendment relating to the proposed Land Use Element, Index No. A-3-78, ad- <br />vising that the.Planning Commission held a public hearing on this matter on <br />February 14, 1978, and recommend to the City Council approval of the General <br />Plan Amendment which involves the proposed land use redesignation of two <br />areas of the City, as indicated on Vicinity Map designated as "Exhibit 1-A", <br />Area One consisting of approximately 8.5 acres, located in the south-central <br />portion of the City, and Area Two encompassing approximately 85 acres, located <br />in the southeast section of Colton and includes land under the City's Sphere <br />of Influence within the County's jurisdiction. <br />Mr. Gonzales concluded that Staff has made an environmental review and recom- <br />mends that a negative declaration be issued. <br />Mayor Beltran asked if anyone desired to speak on this matter. <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to terminate the <br />Public Hearing.
