Conditional Use Permits <br />P. C. Res. No. 889 <br />Mr. Gonzales read from his memorandum dated September 28, 1978, regarding a Condi- <br />tional Use Permit application requested by Edward Y. Treffinger for the addition <br />of 22 units to an existing mobile home park located at 12472 Reche Canyon Road, <br />Index No. C-14-78. <br />Mr. Gonzales stated this item was also referred back to the Planning Commission, <br />because the developer wished to present new and extending circumstances concern- <br />ing the development. Mr. Gonzales advised the Planning Commission considered this <br />item at two previous meetings, and at a public hearing held September 27, 1978, <br />recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit subject to changing the number <br />of spaces from 18 to 22, and requiring the applicant to annex that portion of the <br />Reche Canyon Mobile Estates currently in the County to the City, together with <br />other conditions as outlined in Planning Commission Resolution No. 889, the appli- <br />cant agreeing to these conditions. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve Planning <br />Commission Resolution No. 889, Index No. C-14-78. Vote was unanimous. <br />Conditional Use Permit <br />P. C. Res. No. 896 <br />Mr. Gonzales reported on a Conditional Use Permit application requested by Country <br />Village Partnership to construct 152 condominiums on property located north of <br />Washington Street, south of Old Ranch Road, and west of Country Village homes, <br />Tentative Tract No. 10561. <br />Mr. Gonzales stated the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held September 27, <br />1978, recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit, subject to 14 conditions <br />as outlined in Planning Commission Resolution No. 896. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve Planning <br />Commission Resolution No. 896, Index No. C-16-78. Unanimous vote. <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 888 <br />Conditional Use Permit, Index No. C-12-78 <br />Mr. Gonzales read a letter dated September 12, 1978, from W. R. Showalter & Associ- <br />ates, Engineers for a mobile home park development on the Cooley Ranch, requesting <br />clarification of Condition No. 2. A. (a) as stated in Planning Commission Resolu- <br />tion No. 888, regarding mobile home stand, and Council's approval that their under- <br />standing and interpretation of this condition is correct, to allow final plans of <br />the project to be submitted in conformance with the plot plan on file with this <br />project. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Hayes, approving interpre- <br />tation of Condition No. 2. A. (a) as stated in Planning Commission Resolution No. <br />888, as requested by W. R. Showalter & Associates. Unanimous vote. <br />COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Community Services Director Earl Young presented Resolution No. 3863 for Council's <br />consideration and approval regarding amending the assessment rolls and diagram for <br />the Cooley Ranch Sewer Assessment District, due to certain land divisions within <br />the District. <br />Mr. Young advised that the resolution sets the date of Tuesday, November 7, 1978, <br />for public hearing on this matter. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve Resolu- <br />tion No. 3863. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3863 - A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT REGARD- <br />ING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. <br />3167 COOLEY RANCH SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT ASSESSMENT NO. <br />9. <br />Bids <br />Mr. Young requested permission to advertise for bids for the swimming pool. <br />
