Unanimous vote. <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 8-89 <br />Conditional Use Permit, C-14-78, E. Y. Treffinger <br />Planning Director Gonzales stated the Planning Commission adopted <br />R-eslution No. 889 approving the conditional use Permit application <br />of E.Y. Treffinger for establishment of 23 mobilehome spaces on 2.88 <br />acres, this site to be incorporated into the existing 190 space Reche <br />Canyon Mobile Estates Park. <br />Mr Gonzales said included in the Council's agenda material is a letter <br />from Jon F. Byk, partner, requesting this matter be referred back to <br />the Planning Commission. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to refer <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 889 back to the Planning Commission <br />on request of Jon F. Byk, Partner. <br />COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />TRACT NO. 10025 <br />Community Services Director Young reported that Tract 10025 is a 48 -lot -- <br />residential subdivision wes t of La Cadena Drive and south of Palm Drive <br />in the La Loma Hills area and that the developer has met all conditions <br />and has posted the necessary bonds. Mr Young recommended approval. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to <br />approve Tracts Nos. 10334, 10335, and 10336. Unanimous vote. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />BIDS <br />Excess Police Vehicles <br />City Manager Calabrese gave a report on bids received for the excess <br />police vehicles recommending award to the two firm bids received. <br />Mr. Calabrese stated that Mr. George Nesser has offered to buy the remaining <br />two vehicles although he did not bid on them in the formal bidding, <br />In this regard, Mr. Calabrese asked that the Purchasing Agent be given <br />authority to negotiate with Mr. Nesser for the sale of the two remaining <br />vehicles with $1,200 00 remaining as a minimum price. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to accept bids <br />on the two vehicles WK 41L7A255746 at $1,251.00 and WK 41L7A255748 <br />at $1,577.00 and authorize the Purchasing Agent to negotiate with <br />Mr Nesser for the sale of the two remaining vehicles with a minimum <br />bid of $1,200.00 remaining.
