RESOLUTION NO. 3931 <br />- RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDS O() <br />ING THE PAY AND CLASSIFICATION PLAN. <br />Assessments <br />Cooley Ranch Sewer Assessment District <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported that no <br />protests or objections had been received. <br />Acting City Manager Elliott reported that due to land divisions within the Cooley <br />Ranch Sewer Assessment District*, the assessment rolls and diagram need to be <br />amended, which can be accomplished by adopting Resolution No. 3927, if there are <br />no protests or objections heard on this matter. <br />Mayor Gonzales asked if anyone desired to be heard on this item. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Temby, to terminate the <br />Public Hearing. Vote was unanimous. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Temby, to approve Resolu- <br />tion No. 3932. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3932 - A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AMENDED ASSESSMENT COOLEY RANCH <br />SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT ASSESSMENT NOS. 19, 3, 45 65 75 <br />8 AND 81. <br />Zoning <br />P. C. Res. No. 925 <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported that no <br />protests or objections had been received. <br />Planning Director Gonzales advised the zone change amendment consists of a change <br />of zone from R -E, Residential Estates, to R -3-X, Multiple -Family with Special Con- <br />ditions, to allow development of a 44 -unit condominium project on property located <br />south of Cahuilla Street, between Cindee Lane and Mohave Drive, Lot 34 of Tract <br />No. 9839, which is currently being developed as a hillside residential estates <br />project. <br />Mr. Gonzales stated the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held August 14, <br />1979, reviewed and studied the zone change amendment and recommend approval of <br />the change of zone from R -E to R -3-X as outlined in Planning Commission Resolu- <br />tion No. 925. <br />Mayor Gonzales asked if anyone desired to speak in favor of or in opposition to <br />this matter. <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Temby, to terminate the Public <br />Hearing. Vote was unanimous. <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Temby, to pass First Reading of <br />Ordinance No. 1568, and waive further reading. Unanimous vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1568 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 964, <br />First Reading AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. <br />Planning Cases <br />Amend Ord. No. 1450 <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported that no <br />protests or objections had been received. <br />Planning Director Gonzales reported that in dealing with several prospective <br />developers desiring to construct projects governed by Ordinance No. 1450, which <br />is the development standards for Rancho Mediterrania, or the Cooley Ranch <br />Planned Communities, it has become apparent that the standards are rigorous, <br />and were intended to be such at the time of their adoption. <br />Mr. Gonzales continued that Staff met with Mr. Tom Villelli and representatives <br />to study proposed revisions to the Ordinance, which were presented to the Planning <br />Commission at a meeting held August 14, 1979, and were approved. <br />SEP 4 1979 <br />
