Drainage Easement No. 2. <br />On motion of Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Hayes, the Consent <br />Calendar was approved. Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: <br />Awards <br />Police Division <br />Mayor Gonzales announced there are seven new Police Reserves who have completed <br />80 hours of training, 40 hours of classroom instruction at our Police Department <br />and 40 hours of instruction at the Sheriff's Academy, and will receive award <br />certificates and badges this evening. <br />Mayor Gonzales awarded certificates and Police Chief Elliott awarded badges to <br />Mike Gurbada, Terry Morris, Richard Garcia, Cathy Manzano and Isaac Suchil. <br />Mayor Gonzales commended the Reserve Officers on a job well done. Councilmen <br />Hayes and Rehrer congratulated all involved in law enforcement and especially <br />commended Police Chief Elliott and Lt. Fred Malouf. <br />Proclamations <br />Mayor Gonzales read in full a Proclamation honoring American Heart Month, February, <br />and urged all citizens to support the educational and fund raising campaign of the <br />Colton Heart Association. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Assessment District No. 78-2 <br />Mayor Gonzales announced this is the time and place for two Public Hearings, hear- <br />ing on Engineer's Report, Resolution of Intention and all related matters for <br />'� <br />51980 <br />
