Mr.
Hutton stated the individual currently, with the Director's authori-
zation, has instructed supervisors and given staff support for
Community Services. Mr. Hutton said the overtime now utilized by
the Secretary to attend commission meetings would be eliminated.
Mr. Hutton requested a part time, temporary, Junior Engineering Aide
as reflected on Page 418, Salaries -Temporary.
Mr. Hutton stated Page 437 reflects the Fogg Street Grade Separation
Project. Mr. Hutton stated he would like Council's direction regard-
ing designating the funds for this project from the Interim Solution,
of lowering the street and providing drainage, to the First Phase
Alternative of directing truck traffic from an extension of Fogg
Street east, out to Congress, and from Congress to "M" Street.
Discussion followed regarding acquisition of right-of-way and signali-
zation of "M" and Mt. Vernon.
