R-112-89 & R-113-89 <br />Community Development Director Aguilera introduced Ordinance No. 0-15- <br />89 for Second Reading, stating this Ordinance pertains to the Change of <br />Zone, File Index No. A-2-89, from R -E to R-1, requested by Belco Devel- <br />opment Company. Mr. Aguilera advised that accompanying the Ordinance <br />are two Resolutions, No. R-112-89, regarding the General Plan Amendment, <br />File Index No. G-2-89, and No. R-113-89, approving the architectural de- <br />sign and Tentative Tract 14366. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to pass <br />Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-15-89, and approve Resolution <br />Nos. A-2-89, TT 14366 AND G-2-89, BELCO <br />DEVELOPMENT COMPANY. <br />PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Well No. 22 <br />Public Works Director John Hutton reported on consideration of an <br />emergency Resolution for the repair of Well No. 22, located in Rich <br />Dauer Park, which has been experiencing problems with air being drawn <br />into the water during the pumping of water. Mr. Hutton advised this <br />Well has been continually in operation due to the summer demands and, <br />in order to provide an uninterrupted source of water, it will be <br />necessary to lower the pumping depth an additional 100 feet.
