Unanimous vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-10-90 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON "PROVING <br />(Fir-rst Reading) THE AMENDED GATLIN/BERGER DEVELOPMENTS,, INC.,, <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT. <br />Subordination Aareement <br />City Attorney Edwards stated this matter pertains to the previous item <br />and concerns approval of a Subordination Agreement among the City of <br />Riverside, the City of Colton, and Centrepointe Shopping Center, Ltd., <br />regarding the Gatlin/Berger property. <br />Mr. Edwards continued to build the Wal-Mart store requires the City of <br />Riverside to agree to relocate its underlying water line, and Riverside <br />will only agree to do this if it will have priority status at the new <br />location of the line. Mr. Edwards advised it has been represented that <br />there is no conflict as Colton's line is at a depth of twenty feet and <br />Riverside's line will be at a depth of four feet; on that basis, there is <br />no adverse financial impact. <br />Mr. Edwards concluded Staff recommends approval of the Subordination <br />Agreement and adoption of Resolution No. R-90-90. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to approve <br />Subordination.Agreement as outlined, and adoption of Resolution No. R- <br />90-90.
