STAFF REPORTS: PARKS RECREATION & HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Cinco de Mayo Celebration Parks, Recreation and Human Services Director Herron outlined events planned for the two-day Cinco de Mayo Celebration. The proposed budget reflects about a 40% decrease in costs. Staff recommended approval of the fiesta as a way of recognizing this City's rich hispanic heritage. Motion by Councilmember Roman, seconded by Councilmember Lofy, to approve the schedule of events and the budget at $13,181 for the two-day Cinco de Mayo Celebration. Unanimous Vote.
