He pointed out that nothing in the original agreement permits a car wash or gas <br />station at that locale. He expressed concern about air quality, proper air <br />ventilation, water drainage, traffic congestion and possible hazards. He stated he <br />he had not seen an environmental impact report. <br />Mayor Gonzales informed that all requirements have been met and that a Negative <br />Declaration had been filed. <br />Mr. Neil Abeyta, 134 E. Washington, said he had one question: He didn't know <br />what kind of car wash was proposed. Mayor Gonzales invited Mr. Abeyta to <br />contact Mr. Aguilera, Community Development Director. <br />City Manager Lewis wanted to correct a misstatement that the Spectrum Car <br />Wash Appeal had been approved by three Councilmembers.
