Moved by Council Member Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Roman, to approve issuance of a permit to Jack's Disposal Service subject to terms and conditions to be set forth by the City Manager, as approved by the City Attorney. Unanimous vote. PUBLIC HEARINGS• DESIGNATION OF HISTORIC STRUCTURES Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported no written protests or objections were received. Community Development Director Aguilera related that on December 11, 1991, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission reviewed the designation of the following three sites as Historic Landmarks in the City of Colton: Landmark #17 Residence 269 East "D" Street Landmark #18 Residence 387 North 4th Street Landmark #19 Residence 1121 North La Cadena Drive The three designations for residential dwellings were requested by the Dwelling owners and were nominated on an architectural basis. The designation will not create any financial impacts on the City. Based on the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission's review of the historically eligible sites and their recommendation to the City Council, staff recommended designation of Historic Landmarks #17, #18, and #19. Mayor Gonzales asked if anyone present desired to speak on this matter. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Roman, to close the Public Hearing. Unanimous vote. Moved by Councilman Lofy, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to designate the three sites, known as Landmark #17, #18 and #19, as Historic Landmarks in the City of Colton. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO.
