renters. <br />Motion by Mayor Gonzales, seconded by Councilman Roman, to Adopt the Proposed <br />Amendment and Waive Full Reading and Pass Second Reading of Ordinance No. 0-18-92. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-18-92 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />(Second Reading) CITY OF COLTON AMENDING SECTION 15.48.040 OF <br />THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE AND ADDING A NEW <br />ARTICLE X TO CHAPTER 15.48 SECTIONS RELATING TO <br />ELIMINATION OF DECONTROL OF RENTS UPON <br />VACANCY SETTING STANDARDS FOR RENTAL <br />AGREEMENTS FOR ALL TENANTS. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Art Display <br />Mayor Gonzales recognized Paula Calvanico, Troop Leader, who described a flower <br />arrangement made from recyclable materials by Junior Girl Scout Troop #1061. The art <br />work was presented to the Mayor who praised the children for their participation in recycling. <br />City Library Board <br />Mayor Gonzales read Councilman Rehrer's recommendation for the reappointment of Mrs. <br />Betty Bunker to the Library Board for a term of three years, which will end in June of 1995. <br />Motion by Councilmember Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Roman, to approve Mrs. <br />Bunker's reappointment to the Library Board. Unanimous vote. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Revised Zoning Ordinance <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk submitted the Affidavit of Posting Continuance of Public Hearing. <br />City Manager Lewis reported that the matter needs to be continued to the next Council <br />Meeting to allow for further investigation and report. <br />With approval of the City Council, Mayor Gonzales continues the matter to the Council <br />Meeting of July 7, 1992. <br />[:1 <br />i U N 16 1992 <br />
