Mayor Chastain declared the public hearing open. <br />City Clerk Padilla announced that the Affidavit of Publication for the public hearing was on file in <br />the City Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received. <br />Associate Planner Warden presented an overview of the agenda report for council consideration <br />and requested approval of staffs recommendation. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None <br />Motion/second by CM Mitchell/Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil to close the public hearing. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />Motion/second by CM Mitchell/Mayor Chastain to waive full reading and pass first reading of <br />Ordinance 0-15-07.
