Mayor Chastain invited Mr. Richard Jongordon, <br />President, Inland Memorial to provide the Cemetery presentation. <br />Mr. Jongordon expressed that he felt this meeting was misinterpreted and the Cemetery was not <br />currently being developed only preparing for the possible future growth. <br />Mr. Billy Pratt, Hermosa Cemetery General Manager, responded to violations quoted in recent demand <br />letter to the Cemetery. Mr. Pratt explained that the cemetery was willing to cooperate was not being <br />developed, therefore abiding with Fish and Wildlife and currently working on the corrections as <br />requested by the City. <br />City Attorney Martinez explained that the purpose of this roundtable was to receive direction on the <br />steps needed to be taken to be in confirmation with the Fish and Wildlife. <br />2008 JANUARY 02 SPC CC/RDA/CUA MEETING - 2 - <br />
