Unanimous vote. <br />(1) Minutes — Approved Minutes for the City Council Regular Meeting Held December 07, <br />2010, on File in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #118543 to #118697, Dated 10/28/2010, <br />Totaling $1,098,005.09; Payable Warrants #118698 to #118829, Dated 11/04/2010, <br />Totaling $1,782,408.27; Payable Warrants #118830 to #118949, Dated 11/11/2010, <br />Totaling $929,769.63; Payroll Disbursement Listing for 11/13/2010 to 11/26/2010, <br />Totaling $719,756.23, Payroll Disbursement Listing for 11/27/2010 to 12/10/2010, <br />Totaling $853,265.70 on File in the Finance Department. <br />(3) Conflict of Interest Code — Approved and Adopted a Resolution Amending the Conflict <br />of Interest Code, RESOLUTION NO. R-77-10. <br />(4) Engineering Resources Agreement Amendment - Approved Amendment to Extend the <br />Term of the Professional Services Agreement with Engineering Resources of Southern <br />California Inc., for the Completion of the Project Development and Design of Phases I -III <br />of the 3-5 Comprehensive Storm Drain Project Interim Condition Design and City of <br />Colton Master Drainage Plan and Meridian Avenue Storm Drain. <br />(5) Capital Projects Needs Analysis - Approved and Adopted a Resolution Approving <br />Submittal of the FY 2011/2012 — 2015/2016 Capital Projects Needs Analysis to the San <br />Bernardino Associated Governments, as required by the Measure I Strategic Plan, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-78-10. <br />(6) Renewable Portfolio Standard — Approved and Adopted a Resolution Amending <br />Resolution R-33-07 to Revise the Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) to 33% by <br />December 2020 in Compliance with Governor's Executive Order 5-14-08, <br />RESOLUTION NO.
