1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 WHEREAS, after considering the specific projects to be funded by the development impact fees and the cost estimates contained in the Fee Study and Master Plan, the City Council approves such projects and cost estimates and finds them reasonable as the basis for calculating and imposing the revised development impact fees; and WHEREAS, the projects and fee methodologies identified in the Fee Study and Master Plan are consistent with the City's General Plan; and WHEREAS, copies of the Fee Study and the Master Plan are on file in the City Clerk's office and have been made available for public review in accordance with state law; and WHEREAS, the City, in accordance with Government Code Section 66016, has: (1) �2) I notice (3) I sources Held at least one duly noticed, regularly scheduled open and public meeting at which oral or written presentations were made regarding the proposed fee; At least 14 days prior to the meeting, mailed any interested party who files a written request with the City for mailed of the meeting on revised fee; and At least 10 days prior to the meeting, made available to the public data indicating the estimated cost required to provide the service for which the fee is levied and the revenue anticipated to provide the service; and WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully reviewed and considered the staff report, the Fee Study, the Master Plan and all oral and written presentations; WHEREAS, the City Council will periodically review and revise by Resolution the amount of each fee if needed; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does ordain I as follows: �\lOpy07!.DOC —3—
