ISD/Radio pass through -Bell <br />Mike Bell advised that ISD has provided Confre with on inventory list for <br />radio/pagersfor each agency that will result in a large addiftonal cost for several <br />of the member agencies. Each of the agencies were provided with the new <br />inventory and instructed to work with 150 to reconcile the inventories as soon ri <br />Possible to avoid additional unbudgeted charges. Confine will entail each Of the <br />agencies an electronic copy of the inventory. Mike suggested that perhops the <br />radio and pager service contracts should be handled at the agency level because <br />Confre is not funded or stoffed to handle radio reconciliation. The committee <br />agreed to reconcile their inventories but advised that they would hke Confre to <br />continue to act as the pass-through for 150 charges and to administer that <br />prOgrOm The colnmttee requested that Confre locate and provide the <br />radia/pager service agreement with /5D. <br />Standing Topics <br />a. Planning Cycle <br />Mike Belt presented an overview of the Confire Strategic Service Pfaff. This new <br />business plop includes a planning cycle which will identify goals and objectives for <br />the next fiscai year and an Organizational framework to detail Confue's vision. <br />mesion. and core values. Tilts plan provides Confre with c rood map to improve <br />its business processes. The Confre budget should be distributed in January. <br />b. Projectupdates <br />I. Image Trends—Blessing Dgba, ISD <br />Blessing provided on update on the completion of the oroject. Last week <br />was phase four. The implementation is ongoing. ke is currently working <br />to resolve issues. The project is 66% complete. There are 50 are <br />remaining. We are 85 days into the project. <br />MIS Transition -Bell <br />1. County Fire MIS Division <br />We SO provided an update on progress made if? the MIS Transition, The <br />Confm're model is not working aid AEF confirmed that. Mike discussed a <br />divisional approach to the MIS model. Yvonne Robbins is the acting MIS <br />Supervisor. Yvonne's presence provides a dedicated person to lead County <br />Fire MIS. Yvonne is ossessing vacant positions and will be reaorting to Chief <br />Tropp. (Contract) AST interviews are scheduled. The help desk has set up on <br />option for callers that will direct them to the two MIS divisions (County <br />fire/All other agencies). <br />iii.
