O-02-17. <br /> <br />(4) Second Reading of Ordinance No. O-03-17 – Waive full reading and pass second reading of Ordinance <br />No. O-03-17, An Ordinance Of The City Council Of The City Of Colton Amending Section 18.50 <br />(Signs) Of Title 18 Of The Colton Municipal Code And Amending The Official Zoning Map To <br />Establish A Business District Sign Overlay, ORDINANCE NO O-03-17. <br /> <br />(5) Application for Grant Funds for California Climate Investments Urban Greening Program - Approve <br />and adopt a Resolution authorizing submittal of application(s) for California Climate In vestments Urban <br />Greening Program, which the City of Colton is eligible, and approve the professional services agreement <br />for grant writing with Blais and Associates in the amount not to exceed $9,730, in accordance with <br />Colton Municipal Code 3.08.140(e), and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract documents, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-13-17. <br /> <br />(6) Urban and Community Forestry Grant Program - Approve and adopt a Resolution for funding from the <br />Urban and Community Forestry Grant Program provided through the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-14-17. <br /> <br />(7) First Amendment to Conservation Easement for the West Valley Habitat Conservation Plan – Authorize <br />the City Manager to execute the first amendment to Conservation Easement for the West Valley Habitat <br />Conservation Plan in favor of the Rivers & Lands Conservancy. <br /> <br />(8) Award of Contract/Matich Corporation - Authorize the award of construction contract for the FY 16-17 <br />Asphalt Paving Project to Matich Corporation as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in the <br />amount of $661,752.50; authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and approve Change Orders <br />not to exceed 10% of the awarded contract; and, approve and adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal <br />Year 2016-17 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budget to include Steel Road Paving Project, <br />RESOLUTION NO.
