2017 MAY 16 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 4 - <br />(9) Five Year Master Services and Purchasing Agreement with AXON Enterprises, Inc., and Evidence.com <br />services - Approve Five Year Master Services and Purchasing Agreement with AXON Enterprises, Inc. <br />for body worn cameras and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement. <br /> <br />(10) Riverside Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) – Approve and adopt a Resolution authorizing the City <br />Manager to execute reimbursement requirements of the Riverside Urban Area Security Initiative the <br />Riverside Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI), which Fire Department personnel attend on behalf of <br />the City, RESOLUTION NO. R-30-17. <br /> <br />(11) Wastewater Centrifuge Project – Approve additional funds to the Wastewater Centrifuge Project in the <br />amount of $70,658 for increased shipping cost and California sales tax. <br /> <br />(12) Wastewater Compliance Sampling – Approve additional funds to the Wastewater Laboratory sample <br />and analysis services for compliance sampling in the amount of $24,239 for a total amount not to exceed <br />$79,000. <br /> <br />(13) MOU/CPOA – Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City and the Colton <br />Police Officers Association (CPOA). <br /> <br />(14) MOU/IBEW Local 47 – Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of <br />Colton and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 47 – Electric Division. <br /> <br />(15) City Manager Contract Extension – Approval of the First Amendment to City of Colton City Manager <br />Employment Agreement with William R. Smith extending the Term of the Employment Agreement for <br />an additional four (4) years. <br /> <br />(16) Weed Abatement Contract - Award the Annual Weed Abatement Contract to Kinco Weed Abatement in <br />the amount, not to exceed $35,000 to complete weed abatement on non-compliant, vacant parcels within <br />the City of Colton.
