2017 OCTOBER 17 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 5 - <br /> <br />(9) Parcel Map 19549 – Accept and approve the recordation of Parcel Map 19549. <br /> <br />(10) Purchase of Electric Vehicle - Waive the formal bidding process and authorize the City of Colton to <br />piggyback on the State of California’s bid award for the purchase of one new 2017 Chevy Bolt electric <br />vehicle from Wondries Fleet Group, in the amount of $38,894.05 in accordance with Colton Municipal <br />Code 3.08.140(c) and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract, RESOLUTION NO. R-84-17. <br /> <br />(11) Award of Construction Contract to D.M. Contracting, Inc. - Authorize the award of construction <br />contract for the Reche Canyon Road Street improvement project to D.M. Contracting, Inc., in the <br />amount of $71,883.75; Authorize the City Manager to approve Change Orders not to exceed 5% of the <br />awarded contract for Reche Canyon Road Street Improvement Project. <br /> <br />(12) Astoria D2 and DSR2 Project Share Exchange Agreement – Approve the Astoria 2 and DSR2 Project <br />Share Exchange Agreement between the City of Azusa and the City of Colton and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute the agreement and other necessary documents with the Southern California Public <br />Power Authority (SCPPA). <br /> <br />(13) Notice of Completion - Approve the Notice of Completion for the Perimeter Screen Block Wall Project <br />at the Agua Mansa Power Plant and Substation Site, and authorize the Utilities Director to execute and <br />file the Notice of Completion documents. <br /> <br />(14) Professional Services Agreement with Dudek – Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional <br />Services Agreement with Dudek to provide environmental services on behalf of Lumar Devco II, LLC <br />for NEC 10 Pepper Project (File Index No. DAP-001-450). <br /> <br />(15) Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus - Approve the purchase of a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus <br />from Bauer Compressors in the amount of $268,976.33. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />(16) Appeal / Public Hearing – DAP-001-394-CUP & Arch/Site Plan Review Truck Storage/Office Use <br /> <br />TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING AND APPEAL TO THE CITY <br />COUNCIL REGARDING THE PLANNING COMMISSION’S DECISION PERTAINING TO <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A TRUCKING COMPANY TO <br />PARK/STORE/DISPATCH FIVE SEMI-TRUCKS WITH NO TRAILERS AND ARCHITECTURAL <br />AND SITE PLAN REVIEW TO CONSTRUCT NEW 750 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE, 600 SQUARE <br />FOOT REPAIR SHOP, AND 2,041 SQUARE FOOT COVERED TRUCK BAY AREA ON (FILE <br />INDEX NO. DAP-001-394) PROPERTY LOCATED PROJECT SITE MEASURING 15,000 SQ. FT. <br />IN AREA WITHIN THE M-2/SDA (HEAVY INDUSTRIAL/SENSITIVE DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />OVERLAY) ZONE. (APPEAL FILE INDEX NO.
