A note shall be placed on the plans that states "All block walls and fencing shall be <br />shown on the grading plan for reference only and shall be separately permitted by the <br />City Building Department. <br />C. Place City Standards grading and drainage notes, including NPDES requirements on <br />the grading plan. <br />D. A pad certification prepared by a licensed Civil Engineer registered in the State of <br />California shall be submitted prior to issuance of building permits. <br />E. Prior to final project acceptance, applicant to submit an as built of grading plans. No <br />final will be authorized until as -builds are submitted to Public Works Department. <br />F. Owner/Developer shall notify adjacent property owners about the impact of the <br />proposed development on the drainage configuration of existing adjacent properties. <br />Such notification shall be pre -approved by the City Engineer. These drainage issues <br />shall be resolved prior to the issuance of a grading permit. <br />G. The applicant shall submit a Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) specifically <br />identifying Best Management Practices (BMPs) that will be used onsite to reduce the <br />pollutants into the storm drain system prior to issuance of grading permit. Forms are <br />available at the City of Colton Public Works Department. <br />H. All parking lots shall be surfaced with A.C. to a minimum thickness of 4 inches over a <br />minimum aggregate base of 6 inches or surfaced with P.C.C. with a minimum thickness <br />of 6 inches over 3 inch aggregate base. These thicknesses may be waived upon <br />submittal of an R value and pavement thickness testing and analysis submitted by a <br />registered geologist or geotechnical engineer. <br />48. WATER AND WASTEWATER REQUIREMENTS <br />A. The development shall meet all the requirements as set forth by the water/wastewater <br />department for water, sewer and pre-treatment facilities. <br />B. All construction shall conform to the current edition of the specifications for public works <br />construction (green book), and the current standards and specifications of the City of <br />Colton Water / Wastewater Department. <br />C. Colton municipal code 13.08.235 and 13.08.253, requires the installation of a grease <br />interceptor for commercial or industrial generators of grease (restaurants, cafes, cafeterias, <br />auto body shops, etc). Clearly show the connection to grease interceptor on plans if <br />applicable. <br />D. Developer is required to have a registered civil engineer prepare a PRIVATE ON-SITE <br />UTILITY PLAN (PSUP).
