Construction plans for gas, telephone, electric and cable TV etc., shall be 13 submitted to the City for records. 14 D. A small index map shall be included on the title sheet of each set of plans, showing the 15 overall layout of the public improvements. 16 E. An original mylar of the final map (after it is recorded) shall be provided to the City for the City's map files. 17 F. Contact all affected agencies, (Army Corps of Engineers, California Department of 18 Fish & Game, Regional Water Quality Control Board, and San Bernardino County Flood Control & Water Conservation District, etc.), and obtain the necessary approvals 19 with regards to the proposed development, which. Submit copies of correspondence 20 with the agencies to the Public Works Department. 21 G. Submit improvement plans to all affected utilities, including the Gas Company, Cable Companies, Verizon California, etc., prior to issuance of the Building Permit and 22 transmit correspondence to the Public Works Department. 23 52. CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS 24 A. All required water lines and fire hydrants shall be installed and made operable before any building permits for framing are issued. This may be done in phases if the 25 construction work is in progress for emergency vehicles. 26 B. Vehicular access shall be maintained at all times to all parts of the proposed project, 27 where construction work is in progress, for emergency vehicles. 28 -11-
