Colton City Council Resolution No. R-94-14 <br />September 16, 2014 <br />1) Restripe the parking lot as shown on approved plans. <br />2) Pass inspections from the various City departments. <br />3) Remove/replace any dead or damaged planting and restore planting in <br />barren landscape areas, as determined by Planning Division Staff. <br />4) Correct any code violations present at the site. <br />5) Final approval (inspection) of the Fence Permit based on the <br />appearance, appearance, structural quality and durability to the <br />satisfaction of Planning Division staff. <br />6) Confirm that lighting conforms to minimum illumination required. <br />7) Conformance of the interior of the building with provisions of the <br />Americans with Disability Act (ADA) to the extent required by the <br />Building Official. <br /> <br />6. Prior to issuance of a Fence Permit for the chain link fencing, an approval of a <br />Modification of Design Review No. D-97-88 shall be obtained from the Director of <br />Development Services, after the submittal of a development application packet <br />and appropriate fee, to amend/remove Aesthetics Condition No. 1 which requires <br />a perimeter wall, and Aesthetics Condition No. 9 which specifically prohibits <br />chain link fencing. <br /> <br />7. The site operation shall be subject to the following: <br /> <br />a) The site shall not be used nor accessed by vehicles between the hours of <br />6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. the following morning. <br /> <br />b) No outdoor storage shall be permitted. All items shall be stored within the <br />enclosed building. <br /> <br />c) Trucks shall not be allowed to idle for more than 5 minutes within the <br />subject site or on public streets. <br /> <br />d) Parking of trucks partially or wholly within the adjacent public right-of-way <br />or on abutting properties shall not be allowed. <br /> <br />e) No onsite vehicle washing, servicing, or repair shall be allowed. <br /> <br />f) Vehicles to and from the site shall access the truck route on La Cadena <br />Drive to the west via Fogg Street, except for trucks whose height exceed <br />the height clearance on the Fogg Street underpass east of La Cadena <br />Drive. Such trucks shall be limited to the following roadways within the <br />City: <br /> <br />i. Adams Street <br />ii. Lincoln Street or Jefferson Street, south of Fogg Street <br />iii. Fogg Street, east of Lincoln Street <br />iv. 8th Street, between Jefferson Street and Congress Street <br />2 <br />
