Parcels zoned M-2, Heavy Industrial, within an area bounded by the Agua <br />Mansa Road to the south, projection of Santa Ana Avenue to the north, the Colton City <br />2 Limits/ unincorporated boundary within the Cal Portland Cement facility to the east, <br />3 and the eastern lot line of the parcel identified as APN 0260-071-02 to the west, with <br />the following Assessor Parcel Numbers (APN): <br />4 • APN 0258-151-09, & -11; <br />• APN 0258-161-01, -02, -03, & -04; and <br />5 • APN 0260-071-03, -04, -05, -06, & -07; <br />6 <br />5. Area C-2. Parcels zoned M-2, Heavy Industrial, within an area bounded by the Agua <br />7 Mansa Road to the south, the Rialto City Limits to the north and west, and the western <br />lot line of the parcel identified as APN 0260-071-03 to the east, including those <br />8 identified with the following Assessor Parcel Numbers (APN): <br />• APN 0260-061-23, -24, & -64; and <br />9 • APN 0260-071-02, -08, -09, & -10; <br />10 <br />6. Parcels zoned M-2, Heavy Industrial, within an area bounded by Agua Mansa <br />15 Road to the south, Riverside Drive to the west, Miguel Bustamante Drive to the east, <br />16 and Santa Ana River to the south, including parcels along Agua Mansa Road, Riverside <br />Avenue, and Miguel Bustamante Drive, including those identified with the following <br />17 Assessor Parcel Numbers (APN): <br />• APN 0260-091-16, -26, -28, -29, -30, -31, -85, -86, -88; <br />18 • APN 0260-181-01; <br />• APN 0260-191-05; <br />19 . APN 0260-201-05; <br />20 • APN 0260-211-02, -03, -04, & -05; and <br />• APN 0260-232-01, 02, & -03. <br />21 <br />22 WHEREAS, following the conclusion of said hearing, the Planning Commission adopted <br />their Resolution No. 38-17, recommending approval to the City Council of an Ordinance amending <br />23 chapters 18.06.160, and 18.48.130 and adding a new chapter 18.48.134 establishing permitting <br />procedures for commercial marijuana cultivation and other commercial marijuana activities and <br />24 adopting a change of zone to apply a marijuana candidate sites ("MCCS") overlay zone, , except <br />for the exclusion of the following areas from the proposed Marijuana Cultivation Candidate Sites <br />25 (MCCS) Overlay zone referenced in Section 5 of the Ordinance: <br />26 1. Area A, as described above. <br />2. Area B-2, as described above. <br />27 3. Area C-1, as described above. <br />28 WHEREAS, all other legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution have occurred. <br />-5- <br />
